When all alone I sit
Hateful thoughts in my heart
Seeing no visions of joy
Nature offering no bloom
Hope a salve for my heart
Please follow close behind me
When I try new life and fail
When I am to scared to succeed
Be there to heal and soothe me
If despair is nearby, or
If my frown drives away joy
Scares way new opportunities
