Bullet is the nineteenth book in the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton. This installment might be the first step in bringing readers back. As with many long series, Anita Blake had lost the interest and attention of readers. In this case, it was due to sex scenes more abundant that any plot movement. Bullet changes this trend. The action starts with the Mother of All Darkness not being dead. Her will and spirit are still out there, and she still wants to either control or destroy Anita. To make everything a bit more challenging she is not the only one with that mindset. Danger and conflict is coming at Anita and everyone in her life from all side. Will old enemies become allies or will allies show their true colors and lose everything.
