Book Review: Silver Borne by Patricia Briggs

Silver Borne by Patricia Briggs is the fifth installment in the Mercy Thompson series. This urban fantasy series follows Mercy, a coyote shifter raised by werewolves, as she tries to make a life for herself as a mechanic. For readers that have not read the previous books I am going to give you my recommendation now. If you enjoy urban fantasies, go read the first book, Moon Called, now. Seriously, go get it. You do need to start this series at the beginning. When we reach Silver Borne Mercy is officially mated the neighbor and alpha werewolf Adam, past love and roommate Samuel is acting strange, and Mercy gets a call that prompts her to try and return a book to a fae that she had borrowed during a previous moment of desperation. There is a lot going on in this book, but Briggs weaves it all together gracefully and still leaves you wanting more.
